"National Aboriginal Day to me means a day put aside Nationally to recognize and celebrate being apart of such a amazing culture. A day to celebrate from far and wide the accomplishments, triumphs, and all around beautiful teachings that Indigenous people have to offer. It's a day just like any other, to feel a sense of pride and acknowledgment of what we are capable of as indigenous people. I am proud to be a Saulteaux Indigenous woman and give recognition to all other Indigenous people on June.21." - Tasha Cadotte
We were lucky to meet Tasha at the Dream P K Modeling Fashion show earlier this month. Tasha has worked extensively with International Indigenous Fashion Week. She is a talented Hair Stylist and were very thankful she took the time to answer our one question today.
