Our Woman Crush Wednesday this week is the beautiful Elicia Munro-Sutherland!
A young, 21 year old, Cree-Saulteaux woman of the Beardy's and Okemasis Willow Cree First Nation, Elicia is a mother of a little princess and has another baby girl on the way (due this August).
Elicia is an amazing new photographer! Check out EliciaMunro Photography on Facebook. Her work is incredible!
Elicia loves to travel, play guitar, learn new things, meet new people and experience as much as she can! Elicia also has an interest and passion for theatre. She is currently in a play called Silent Survivors, a story about Residential schools told through the power and beauty of traditional dance.
Words from Elicia herself...
“Keep an open mind, try your best to always keep a positive mindset and look on the brighter side of everything. Love and help others. Experience as much as you can and just to never be afraid to be yourself. Life is beautiful.”
This young lady is passionate about helping others, especially youth and women. She wants to help others in any way possible, to better themselves emotionally, physically, and spiritually - to ignite the fire within and take pride in who they are.
